Fencing is ON 8th June and Club Champs tomorrow
 

Good news! Fencing WILL BE ON next Tuesday the 8th of June.

So last minute training is in order for LIUF next weekend 12th/13th June. Suitable for novices and experienced fencers, this is a mixed individual competition run by UCL. Foil 9am check in on Saturday, Epee 9am and Sabre 10 am on Sunday, with £10 entry fee. If you want to enter please e-mail club@ulufencing.net ASAP, i.e. NOW.

TOMORROW: Club Championship – 5th June - The Upper Hall @ ULU

Your chance to fence against all the other club members in as many weapons as you choose. Whatever your fencing experience we want you to come along and compete.
The best fencer over all three weapons will be crowned Club Champion and awarded The Izotov Cup, while there will also be prizes for: Individual Winners in each weapon, Best women's performance, Best Beginner's performance.

Entry Fees: £2 per weapon.
Foil check in: 10.00 - 10.30*, Epee check in: 12.00 -12.30*, Sabre check in: 13.30-14.00
YOU MUST ARRIVE BY THE CLOSE OF CHECK IN, OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FENCE

*If you are fencing Foil or Epee please make sure you wear non-marking footwear as we will be using the conductive piste.
